1. Scope and Provider Information

These Terms govern all transactions with Farabuto OÜ, registered in Estonia under registration number 17432206, operating under the brand name “DIPPONG” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
The Company offers limited-edition, made-to-order jewelry pieces crafted in 18 karat gold.
By accessing this website or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Soft Launch and Contract Formation

Products displayed on this website do not constitute legally binding offers.
By submitting a reservation request, the customer expresses interest in purchasing the selected piece.
A binding purchase contract is formed only upon:
• Written confirmation by the Company, and
• Receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
The Company reserves the right to decline reservation requests at its discretion.

3. Reservation and Deposit Policy

Certain pieces require a deposit to secure allocation and initiate production.
• A reservation remains provisional until confirmed in writing by the Company.
• Deposit and payment terms are specified individually.
• The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid within the timeframe stated in the invoice.
Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the reservation.
By confirming a reservation, the customer expressly agrees that production may begin prior to the expiration of any statutory withdrawal period.

4. Made-to-Order Production and Limited Edition Nature

All jewelry pieces offered on this website are:
• Produced exclusively after confirmation of reservation
• Individually manufactured in 18 karat gold
• Not pre-produced
• Not held in stock
• Limited to a fixed number of pieces per design
Production begins only after written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit or payment.
Materials and production capacity are allocated specifically for each confirmed order.

5. 48-Hour Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of receiving written confirmation, provided production has not yet commenced.
After expiration of the 48-hour period:
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Withdrawal rights may be excluded as described below

6. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
All jewelry pieces offered by the Company are produced exclusively upon confirmed reservation and are individually manufactured in 18 karat gold. The products are not pre-produced and are allocated specifically for the ordering customer.
Accordingly, once production has commenced, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

7. Product Characteristics – 18 Karat Gold

All jewelry pieces are crafted in 18 karat gold unless otherwise specified.
Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of the pieces:
• Minor variations in surface, finish, or texture may occur
• Such variations do not constitute defects

8. Care and Maintenance

18 karat gold jewelry requires appropriate care.
The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from:
• Improper handling
• Impact or mechanical stress
• Chemical exposure
• Alterations or modifications by third parties
• Normal wear and tear
Care instructions may be provided with each piece.

9. Defects and Warranty

Customers must inspect products upon receipt.
Any visible damage or manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Pricing and International Sales

Prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For international orders:
• Shipping costs are communicated separately
• Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination
International Consumer Rights
Consumers residing outside the European Union may be subject to different statutory consumer protection laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable import regulations and local legal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, product designs, and visual materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
For merchants, legal entities, or entrepreneurs, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Tallinn, Estonia.
For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
